Job Summary
Given broad oversight and minimal supervision, this role is responsible for establishing a market business architecture presence. Additionally, this role establishes strong partnerships with business and functional leadership and provides direction and guidance to bridge strategy to execution. This job manages people.

Partner with business and functional leadership to bridge strategy to execution by: informing strategy development, clarifying goals and strategy, conducting capability impact assessments, articulating and assessing business value streams, designing business operating models, aligning metrics and/or key performance indicators, establishing and monitoring traceability and linkage between design and execution, supporting ongoing improvement of the design over time, providing support for program/initiative re-planning/realignment, and providing cross-industry insight on operations innovation and best practices. Additionally, this role establishes strong partnerships with business and functional leadership and provides direction and guidance to bridge strategy to execution. This job is a Manager of managers: Senior level manager that is responsible for managing the objectives, performance, and compensation of lower levels of management. This job works under Broad Oversight: Receives guidance in terms of broad goals and overall objectives and establishes the methods to attain them. Generally the incumbent is in charge of an area of work and typically formulates policy for this area, but may have final authority for approving policy.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Influences organizational direction in strategically complex and/or sensitive environments Partners with business to support strategy development Oversees, designs, leads, and/or conducts capability assessments (all levels of complexity) Designs business and operating model Establishes and aligns a metrics framework Establishes and monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution planning Supports ongoing improvement of the design over time Provides thought leadership on developing the Business Architecture discipline Identifies and designs enhancements to the business architecture toolset and/or service offerings Identifies and pursues Business Architecture team and talent development opportunities Perform other duties as assigned. Partnering with the markets to facilitate strategy development. Supporting identification and prioritization of business needs and desired outcomes. Partnering with the value stream team to shape initiatives. Maintaining an integrated view of the markets needs and providing execution transparency across value streams. Partnering with Finance to develop benefit hypotheses and CBAs. Monitoring benefit realization and capability progression. Managing market engagement for implementation coordination. Determines business outcomes. Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. 9+ years of demonstrated experience leading teams, with thorough knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments. Thorough knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.
