Provides virtually all commercial lines service required by direct clients, Sales Executives and insurance companies that can be accomplished within the office. This support is provided to permit the Sales Executive to concentrate on new business development and outside client service.
Qualifications: Must have and maintain a current State Property/Casualty License. Life and Health License may be required as needed. Two (2) years Property/Casualty customer service experience with one (1) year experience in commercial lines preferred. Successful completion of INS 21, 22 and 23 or comparable insurance courses preferred. CISR designation preferred. Must possess technical knowledge sufficient to effectively use department specific software.
