• Provides operational support to our internal customers based on incoming System Problem Reports.
• Research and resolve simple to moderate system problems.
• Develop test plans,and test matrices, under direction for small scaled projects.
• Works closely with Business Analysts to ensure programmed system changes for projects are tested and implemented.
• Supports the business unit by ensuring that Renter's clients are integrated to vendor system.
• Update user maintained table changes.
• Carries out analytical assignments of a routine nature.
• Assists in problem resolution by analyzing processing problems.
• Determine testing requirements for small scale project

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ year of professional work experience
• Proficient in Word and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and perform effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors / Associate degree or comparable work experience.
• Detailed oriented with the ability to minimize errors and identify trends
• Previous Experience as an Analyst.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure, and perform effectively when changes in priorities, direction and resources occur.
• Able to work in multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Policy Management System (PMS) experience a plus
• AssurTrack experience - preferred
• Insurance experience - preferred
