If you answered Yes to the above questions, then continue reading to learn more about our job openings in our Commercial Insurance Training Program ("CITP"). The next CITP class begins Friday, March 29th, 2019.
This structured program will provide successful candidates training in Commercial Lines Brokerage inclusive of Account Management and Underwriting skills, as they learn about commercial coverage such as Automobile, Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Inland Marine, Professional Liability, Cyber, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions and much more. CITP lasts approximately 18 to 24 months, depending on each employees successful completion of required sections thereof. Employees selected for the job position of CITP will be paid a wage of $15/hr. and will be benefits eligible on the first of the month following 30-day of employment. Candidates applying for this job position must be able to work in L&T's Tempe office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Upon completion of the program, individuals will have the skills set to pursue job applications for Account Associate or Marketing/Underwriting Coordinator roles. Job position appointment is at-will employment.
