Location: Stoneham, MA

Length of Assignment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $95,000 to $108,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking to add a Senior Account/Underwriting Manager to their Massachusetts office. This person would be responsible for overseeing multiple accounts with regards to claims, underwriting, loss control, budgets, business development and managing up to 16 direct/indirect employees. In addition, this person would be responsible for coordinating vendor activities and contracts, working with underwriting on excess submissions, marketing and attending Trade Show on a bi-annual basis.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Workers Compensation and/or Commercial Liability Insurance experience
• 3+ years Management/Supervisory experience
• Knowledgable in Workers Compensation Underwriting
• Strong Leadership and Marketing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
