Seeking a full time subrogation adjuster in the York, PA location. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with sound communication skills and the ability to develop recovery opportunities, file arbitrations, manage litigated claims, and negotiate settlements.
Qualifications: Must have or obtain various state adjusting licenses. An understanding of liability laws in various jurisdictions and prior subrogation experience is preferred, secondary school education is required. A college degree and/or knowledge of emergency service organizations, public entities, and health care facilities are a plus.
