Job Title - Compliance Specialist

Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented person with strengths in project management, organization and people skills to research, review and test rate and form filings for internal and external books of business.

General

• Familiar with ISO Rates & Forms.  Primarily Commercial Auto.  Exposure to other coverage lines such as Cargo Liability, General Liability, Cyber Liability a plus.
• Experience with Rate and Form Filing process for ISO, Non-ISO and SERFF
• Experience with Rate & Form Systems Implementation Testing.

Requirements

• 5 or more Years of Experience in a Compliance role along with System Implementation Testing.
• Ability to research and report on requirements for new program filings.
• Ability to Understand various statutes and other requirements prior to filing.
• Ability to complete Rate and Form Filings in a timely manner while working closely with Management, IT, Underwriting & Actuarial departments.
• Ability to work closely with our System Software provider to clearly present the rates and forms to be programmed along with any applicable rating and forms rules.
• Ability to thoroughly test and identify any issues with the final product prior to roll out.
• Completed Professional Designation or Working Towards Professional Designation a plus.
