Position Summary:

The Data Center Technician is a process-driven position, focused on routine processing of electronic files in an extremely efficient manner. This position will handle image filing, distribution, data entry, and mail routing processes in support of business operations for Stetson Funding LLC. Attention to detail and ability to process documents quickly and accurately are essential

Essential Functions:

• Creation of New Business records to provide Premium Finance Agreements to customers.
• Differentiate between wide varieties of document types and classify accordingly.
• Accurately match incoming documents to electronic files and distribute according to established office instructions.
• Responsible for preparing effective written communication documents for customers and employees of organization.
• Able to define customer service problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to provide strong customer support for internal and external customers.
• Works cooperatively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Education/Experience/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work experience in a high volume central file room operation preferred.
• Experience with imaging operations preferred.
• Ability to multi-task; set priorities, develop/follow a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and evaluate processes/results.
• Able to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Proven track record of being a team player.
