AmTrust has an immedidate need for a Claims Clerk - Client Services in our Alpharetta, GA office. This position requires experience in various office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as having good keyboard experience. Dependability is necessary, as her work will involve the handling of task for multiple adjusters along with inputting the data into our claim system. Experience of at least one year in the office environment providing supporting services.

• Print and mail claims kit
• maintain physican panels
• regulatory posting for and new and renewed businesses
• any additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

• 6-months of experience in an insurance claims department, or related experience
• Basic knowledge of claims procedures and policies
• Ability to take direction and make decisions
• Proven organization and detail-orientation skills
• Ability to learn new procedures quickly and adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of business technology
• Ability to work in a team environment
