We are currently in need of a Senior Avaya Systems Engineer can assist in the design, implementation, and support of Telecommunications technical solutions. You will work closely with IT Management to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions. 


Qualifications

  • Certifications in Avaya Unified Communications and Call Center technologies.
  • 7 - 10 years  of hands on experience with Avaya call center and Avaya Aura technologies in large call center environments
  • Avaya System Manager and Session Manger design, implementation, and support are required. 
  • Working knowledge and experience in SIP communication. 
  • Experience with Ethernet networking (TCP/IP, DNS, switching)
  • Cisco CCNA is a plus. 
  • Candidate must have an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management to include business and technical communities.
