Job Description
Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Claims Technology Support Specialist in Irving, TX!
As an Allstate Claims Technology Support Specialist, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise to help restore peoples lives after theyve experienced a loss. Each day you will be responsible for managing a steady volume of equipment, technology trouble-shooting and report requests involving property, auto liability and casualty offices. Processes include non-complex, non-technical claim related activities within established quality, productivity and process standards on specific handling requests as directed by management or claim adjuster. Most importantly, you will work with our customers to guide them through the process in a caring and professional manner. You will handle every step from managing incoming calls and data entry, to running data reports and managing an equipment log. What you will do:
- Performs and maintains equipment and technology management for adjusters and leaders and orders equipment as needed.
- Handles running NexGen, Business Objects reports and emailing to the leadership
- Is able to field and troubleshoot technology issues
- Assists offices with onboarding and set up for new employees\
- Provide back-up for any support functions in the office

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with previous experience in either customer service and/or a professional work environment
- Good organization skills with timely follow-up skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Performs routine tasks of basic complexity under general supervision
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Fluency in Spanish and English is especially desirable
