GAINSCO Auto Insurance markets non-standard private passenger automobile products through retail agencies in 10 states. GAINSCO Auto Insurance has fully integrated insurance capabilities, including marketing, underwriting, customer service and claims handling. Our operations are bilingual (English/Spanish).

Job Purpose: To help implement and strengthen GAINSCOs digital marketing strategy and to otherwise support the goals and initiatives of the Corporate Marketing department.

Work as directed to create content, support distribution strategies, assist with gathering and organizing analytical data and reports. Offer insights and analysis based on data and implement strategic shifts to improve results.

30%

Support Marketing department administrative operations including ordering marketing material, shipment and distribution, supporting internal stakeholders with marketing requests and fulfillment, planning and managing travel for Senior Vice President, Director, and other department staff.

10%

Support Business Analyst and assist in assembly of monthly reports and back up CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tasks and operations as required. Other duties as required.

Education: Bachelors degree required.

Experience: 1-3 years work experience or equivalent internships in marketing, sales, or digital marketing

Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with clients. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to effectively manage own time and coordinate various tasks simultaneously. Works independently, possesses a high energy level, and pays attention to detail.
