Job Description

  • Assist in the identification and development of new products and service opportunities
  • Play a key role in the sales process by communicating how services are utilized operationally so that areas can be customized to fit new business and blend into the current work load
  • Determine new customer expectations and needs
  • Work directly with CWUSA Associates to review service processes and confirm understanding of the special instructions related to each customer
  • Serve as liaison between customer, account executive and operational unit(s) to ensure implementation plan is completed
  • Manage the implementation project for assigned clients
  • Work with operations, sales, IT, QA, and other internal teams to support the implementation, integration and initial service delivery of all new business opportunities.
  • Review and monitor changes in product-specific policies and procedures
  • Contribute to overall Company success by identifying and resolving issues
  • Identify, resolve and communicate relevant business, delivery and/or service issues
  • Remain flexible and available to work as needed on any project, product, and/or initiative within CWUSA
  • Audit services, outcomes, and adherence to internal and customer-specific handling guidelines when needed and identify areas for process improvement
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with federal laws and rules, U.S. Department of Labor laws and rules, and FMLA requirements as applicable to areas of responsibility
  • Identify areas for quality improvement and make recommendations

Education:

  • High School diploma, or GED equivalent

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the fields of absence management, insurance, and/or human capital management
