Job Description

York is hiring a Specialist, Business Operations in our Pittsburgh, PA office!

The Specialist Business Operations I provides general operational and administrative support to the Pittsburgh office team. This includes all basic support operations for the office, new employee onboarding and any problem resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the office
  • Coordinate with new hires during onboarding process to complete new hire activities and paperwork.
  • Works with management team to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting all lines of business.
  • Troubleshoots associate issues and requests, and information systems and procedures.
  • Provides data analysis and administrative support.
  • Assists with coordinating meetings and community events.
  • Ordering of supplies for the site
  • Performs data input and extraction as well as management of confidential information.
  • Assists in the coordination of other administrative and operational support activities as needed.
  • Assist with budget tracking and production of Capital Expense reports for Finance
  • While reporting to the VP, MCS Technology support all IT teams within the Pittsburgh area including those on end user sites.

Skills/Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent work experience

Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in an analytic, administrative, and/or sales support role

Core Competencies: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Technical Skills: General knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office
