Serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant in overseeing the strategic direction and overall operations of our company-sponsored Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the enterprise. Executes and communicates on the focus areas for the Strategic Engagement teams priorities in ensuring alignment with the Office of Diversity & Inclusion and Company objectives. Responsible for promoting the Companys D&I brand via the ERGs strategic framework, which empowers the ERGs to impact multiple areas of Liberty Mutual in the community where we work and serve, our work culture, careers, and commerce. Acts as a D&I subject matter expert (SME) and utilizes data driven HR and external business insights/networks and best practices to provide recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic consultation and guidance with the ERG leadership teams across all levels of the organization and functions
• Liaison with teams Assistant Director on cross-functional teams across the enterprise to manage the sponsorship portfolio from conception to implementation with post debrief reports to track and document key highlights, metrics, and desired outcomes.
• Manages ERG budgets, tracks membership, and site/chapter growth and development.
• Partners and consults with Vice President and teams day-to-day operations and budget.
• Researches current and future D&I needs and trends shaping business and competency development. Assists with shaping solutions that draw the connection between diversity, inclusion and innovation for the company.
• Represents D&I team and Liberty overall through internal speaking events, public panels/events and blogging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive D&I experience with a highly, matrixed multinational company that includes managing ERGs and/or D&I councils, developing and facilitating D&I learning curriculum, and coordinating multicultural marketing efforts corporate sponsorships; national diversity conferences; supplier diversity; community relations.

• 5+ years of project management skills experience in the strategic, creative, and implementation of diversity & inclusion initiatives, projects, and programming.

• At least, 5 years of HR experience in a multinational, highly matrixed organization. Budget management and analysis experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data.

• Client management and key stakeholder partnership experience with multicultural organizations and resources, internally and externally.

• Ability to travel approximately 30% of time in support of sponsored events.

• Act as a role model and demonstrate the Companys core capabilities on inclusion and engagement
