Inviting applications for the role of Licensed Liability Adjuster, Auto Appraiser

 In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, monitors email boxes, reviews and forwards communications, sets up follow up tasks, interacts with staff and field resources relating to administrative and work assignment activity.  Candidate performs work at BrightClaim’s Sandy Spring office location.  Hours are 8am-5pm.  Ability to work overtime, nights and weekends, when workload increases.

Responsibilities

•  Monitor email and other work queues.

•  Identify and assist with the setup of new resources in the field

•  Forward, setup, and stage various work related to automobile claim handling

•  Perform data entry, upload various files, and review information provided by customers and adjusters

•  Perform other administrative duties as directed

•  Review and follow up on administrative tasks based on various business reports

 

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office  (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

• Ability to learn and use various company software systems

• Excellent customer services skills

• Organizational and negotiating skills

• Relationship development skills in the area of vendor management, sales, and customer services

• Excellent geographical knowledge.

• Able to multi-task
 

Preferred qualifications
• None. Adjusters license a plus but not required.
