We are moving to a new facility this summer, so this position will start out in our FTW office, and then will transition to Dallas (635/Tollway) in June 2019.

Summary Calculate premiums and produce documents for insurance transactions by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

 

 

  • Review and analyze applications or change request to process quotes, policies or endorsement transactions.
  • Calculate premiums based on Underwriting guidelines and ISO rules.
  • Maintain mandatory forms, rule changes and system updates.
  • Process fill-in forms using, Word or Excel, as needed.
  • Prioritize workload within territory

Education and/or Experience                                                

 

High school diploma or GED required, with some college or 2-3 years of related experience,

 

insurance experience is preferred.

 

 

 

Knowledge/Skills

 

Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to daily changing needs and job duties.

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

 

Knowledge of basic commercial insurance coverage (Property, GL, IM, Crime and Auto).

 

Computer Skills

Basic Microsoft Office Skills
