Works with team members to develop and implement consistent document management strategies for all digital material. This job does not manage others. This job works under Moderate Supervision: Incumbent performs standard and routine assignments independently to conclusion; unusual problems which may require exceptions to procedures or processes are referred to the supervisor.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assist team members with creating all pertinent documentation for data assets and models and ensuring they are updated as appropriate. Maintain and enhance team's sharepoint site. Participant and contributor to the Enterprise digital asset and knowledge management communities. Embraces continuous learning to stay current on emerging technology in digital asset management. Interacts with IT staff in selecting/developing, implementing and maintaining business unit's knowledge management technical infrastructure. Works with data management group to ensure our datasets have proper certification levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
2 years of relevant experience with data tools, techniques, and manipulation required.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree - STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or Business preferred. 4 years of relevant experience with data tools, techniques, and manipulation preferred.

Planning (Project Management): Able to manage time and competing priorities and provide management with accurate and timely status information. Able to accurately evaluate and estimate tasks.
