One of our best clients is looking to add a Senior Organizational Development Specialist (L&D) to the team. This position will replace the outgoing Specialist who is retiring.
We are looking for someone who is very comfortable working with Senior Leaders from around the company at all levels and departments.
This person will play an integral role n helping to design and develop plans for personnel development, planning for gap analysis, targeting specific employee training that is needed in order to move people up to the next level, employee engagement surveys, performance (Talent) management reviews and metrics, developing board level reports and analytics, developing company culture projects, online/E learning (training modules), succession planning and other projects as assigned.
This position will work very closely with and report to the VP of HR, one of the most tenured in the company, to make sure that these key components of the company are meeting expectations.
This is a full time role and must be on site, not a remote/work from home position.
To be qualified we are looking for candidates who have:
- 7-8+ years in a similar role, organizational development
- Any certifications in L&D, OD or Training is highly desired (PHR, Adult Education, OD, etc)
- College degree preferred, but not a hard requirement
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Senior Management
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning or Open Sesame is a plus
