What we are looking for:



Custard Insurance Adjusters, a national independent adjusting company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Springfield, MO office. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task, have good organization skills, excellent telephone skills, and must be proficient with Microsoft Office.  

The branch Administrative Assistant provides office support to claims managers and adjusters including setting up files, answering telephones, typing correspondence and forms, handling mail, scans and faxes, preparing monthly invoices, accounts payables and other general office duties. Desirable candidates should have previous office experience, be computer literate and have demonstrated good written and oral communication skills, problem analysis and organizational skills.
