Senior Quality Analyst
General Placement Service is currently searching for a Quality Analyst to join a growing insurer in the Morristown, NJ area.
Our client is building out a unit that focuses on analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of their customer service teams. The Analyst will focus on researching results of customer surveys to establish KPI relative to the experience of the end user. These scores and metrics will be tracked and utilized through Excel spreadsheets.
To be qualified for this position candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in manipulating Excel spreadsheets (Formulas, pivot tables, joining spreadsheets together, etc.)
