We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join a team where collaboration is rewarded and where the success of the organization is shared with our team.

As a Human Resources Representative, you will be a direct contributor in all functional HR activities. Partnering with the HR team, the Human Resources Representative will support the effective delivery of core HR processes and help to ensure compliance with relevant company guidelines, employment laws, policies, and practices. While performing job responsibilities, you will support a people oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of top talent.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where thinking outside of the box and continual improvement is the norm. More than this a professional who is driven by contributing alongside an engaged team, delivering solutions that keep things moving ahead. Primary job responsibilities include:

Full-cycle recruitment for insurance service professionals
New hire onboarding and separation off-boarding
Support of various HR functions including team member relations and benefits administration
Partner with company leadership on the Future in Focus Summer Internship recruitment and program coordination
Act as back-up on the bi-weekly payroll process

Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
2-4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
Basic knowledge of employment laws, i.e., FMLA, FLSA, EEO
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite required

Excellent communication, organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to exercise confidence when interacting with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information.
Strong customer service-oriented approach.
Proven ability to multi-task, juggle multiple priorities and function in a flexible environment.

Available for periodic travel to support our in-state remote office location.
