Qualifications Include:

 1.  Possess a positive, professional, cooperative, and quality-conscious service

2.  Ability to follow procedures

3.  Strong PC skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point

4.  Average typing skills (45-50 wpm)

5.  Ability to communicate effectively and professionally using proper grammar both 

     orally and in writing

6.  Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills

7.  Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

8.  Meeting planning experience a plus

9.  Ability to multi-task


Duties Include:


1.  Answer and transfer phone calls through the switchboard 

2.  Assist employees and customers as needed

3.  Type, assemble, and distribute correspondence and checks

4.  Process regional police reports and other claims requests

5.  Order office supplies as needed

6.  Process outgoing mail and certified documents 

7.  Print claim files as requested

8.  Schedule and assist with planning regional meetings

9.  Complete special projects and various department tasks as requested
