We provide innovative and diversified insurance services through our Strategic Outsource Solutions approach to the market. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This is an integral position to Team Focus Insurance Groups Strategic Outsource Solutions client service methodology. This position contributes greatly to our clients satisfaction of our Software-as-a-Solution product PolicyPort and overall policy management. In this position, the successful candidate will team with the client, company leadership, business users and product development and delivery team to effectively manage the clients initiatives and product roadmap while providing sound project management throughout. Primary job responsibilities include:
Utilizes sound project management methodologies combined with a focus on client support and partnership to drive strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of a wide variety of projects from concept through final implementation.
Chairs and leads recurring meetings with the client, company leadership and product development and delivery teams on project deliverables and ticket management.
Provides day-to-day client support and manages requests for changes and prioritizes work based on business needs and available resources.

Successful candidates will be expected to make judgement decisions, grasp new ideas, and communicate with various internal and external customers and clients at all levels. Candidates must also be able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another technical or business major from an accredited college or university required.
Five (5) to eight (8) years of business analyst or project management experience required.
Insurance domain business knowledge and SDLC experience is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in applying project management methodology to cross-functional teams required.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to establish to priorities and influence others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Roll-up your sleeves team player with a strong focus on service excellence.
Available for occasional in-state travel.
