This agency is a well-established family owed, long time Scottsdale/Phoenix business with an excellent reputation. We are seeking a fifth member of the best personal lines team in town. This position is responsible for assisting the Personal Lines Account Managers/Producers.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • taking endorsement requests, processing endorsements and some renewals 
  • renewal quoting for agency clients as well as billing questions
  • mailing policies to the insured
  • Follow up for information requested

Requirements:

  • The position does require personal insurance experience in the areas of policy processing and proof of insurance issuance 
  • AZ P&C license; team player, a strong background working with PL markets and a sense of humor
  • This candidate, should have excellent general computer skills with typing proficiency (typically 35 words per minute)
  • Should also have basic familiarity with MS word, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer 

Will be trained on agency management software Applied EPIC. Designations (CISR, CIC, etc.) desired, but not required. Full Time position.

The department has grown so much that we need to expand the department. 

Your potential team mates have been here 19 years, one 6 years and the fourth 5 years.

This is a challenging service opportunity to support the producers in the department. We have access to literally all major PL markets.
