We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to insureds on behalf of our client.

Primary job responsibilities include:

Develops successful customer relationships via the telephone and ensures the highest level of customer service in regards to insurance policy coverage. Takes ownership of each call, handling until resolution is reached; includes follow-up as necessary to ensure the actions promised to caller are completed.
Utilizes knowledge of automated systems to underwrite and issue endorsements as well as answer questions, document conversations and document files.
Processes corrections and/or adjusts records as necessary and within company policy and procedure guidelines.
Communicates effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
Reviews, organizes and forwards information to other areas for handling or consideration.

We are looking for highly-motivated professionals who enjoy working with and helping others, to join our team. Other candidate qualifications and skills include:

Associates or Bachelors degree from a year college or university, business degree preferred;
Two (2) to four (4) years Agency experience in Personal Lines including homeowners and other lines
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Must have thorough knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements.
An active 2-20, 4-40 or 2044 license required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with proficient data entry skills and the ability to understand and correctly utilize multiple computer systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to achieve 80% or higher on a spelling and grammar assessment.
Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with and influence customers.
Strong customer service, problem solving and resolution skills.
Proven ability to multi-task and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
