Job Description

The Workforce Insights Team provides data solutions and analytic consulting to drive evidence-based talent decisions and enable Human Resources (HR) to be strategic partners to the business.

The Workforce Insights Senior Consultant is responsible for creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards to enable improved decision-making around talent issues.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a consultant to the HR department, equipping our HR professionals with the data they need to address critical talent questions
Take a lead role in the design and creation of a new set of Tableau-based human capital dashboards that will yield insights related to recruiting, succession, performance management, etc.
Link large datasets and prepare data for reporting and analysis
Work with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and to translate those into insightful dashboard deliverables
Coach and consult with HR stakeholders on how to form hypotheses, derive insights from data, and synthesize conclusions.
Bring thought leadership in the areas of data visualization and HR analytics to maximize opportunities for insights
Improve existing methods/processes for data management and reporting
Present talent management insights, findings, and recommendations to clients across business areas
Be an optimistic, hard-working, collaborative, and collegial team-player!

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology/Social Sciences, Sociology, Information Technology, or other field with a focus on research and analysis
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong skills in data visualization
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering Tableau dashboards
  • Familiarity with HR subject matter, processes, and data related to areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Excellent analytical skills - ability to analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results to various audiences
  • Experience with R
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hadoop or SQL preferred
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
