Cottingham & Butler Employee Benefits is a full-service consulting and brokerage practice that helps employers balance the pressures of offering competitive employee benefits programs while controlling costs.  We offer innovative solutions to our clients to include:

  • Plan Design & Analysis
  • Health Management Programs
  • Compliance Management
  • Claims Administration
  • Benefits Admin Services (automation of payroll and benefits systems, online employee self-service, etc.)

Relocation is not required – you can work from home as long as you are located near a major airport. 
What do you need to be successful in a position like this?  We aren’t necessarily looking for a specific background but prior experience in an employee benefits related area is helpful.  We are looking for people at all levels in their careers- right out of college to Vice President.
