We are currently looking for a Client Service Associate to submit new business, endorsements, cancellations, and other insured requested changes to determine acceptability in accordance with the carriers guidelines.

Primary job responsibilities include:

Reviews endorsement requests, cancellations, reinstatements, inspections, missing Information and follow up tasks for acceptability and processes the changes required in the appropriate systems.
Sends correspondence and makes outbound calls to assure that all required documentation is received on time.
Corresponds with insureds and applicants for additional information, orders pictures and supporting inspections as needed.
Provides service to internal and external customers via written and verbal communication on policy coverage, risk, and/or structure approvals or denials that meet client and company standards.
Evaluates and determines policy cancellation or reinstatement, modification of coverage form or limit within client and company guidelines.

Other Candidate Qualifications and Skills Include:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree or personal lines experience a plus.
1- 2 years of agency, underwriting, or customer service experience in Persona Lines including homeowners and other lines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with proficient data entry skills and the ability to understand and correctly utilize multiple computer systems.
Active Florida 4-40 CSR license required.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to achieve 80% or higher on a spelling and grammar assessment.
Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with and influence customers.
Strong customer service, problem solving and resolution skills.
Proven ability to multi-task and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
