The main function of this position is to provide administrative support tasks for the entire company, but the majority of the support is for the Record Procurement department. Administrative duties may include basic responsibilities of oversight of office equipment such as printers, fax machines, copiers and postage meters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supports the Record Procurement Department by performing any or all of the following:
a. Answering telephone calls and directing to the appropriate person if necessary;
b. Responsible for the distribution of all incoming mail;
c. Preparation and mailing of all outgoing mail;
d. Oversight and maintenance of office equipment;
e. Ordering office supplies including postage meter refills;
f. Faxing information as needed;
