The successful individual in this key role will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining agency relationships

  • There will be a minimum amount of agency telephone and email contacts set per week

  • Assist when needed for projects and/or technical assistance concerning the software system and online reporting system

  • Assist in team efforts, training and backing up team members, as needed

  • Liaise with agents and internal departments to maximize production levels and research issues that impede production levels

  • Assist in maintaining agency Errors and Omissions compliance

  • Assist in creating new agency appointments,processing changes to agencies, filing and creating marketing packets for new agents

  • Ensure that all required lists, spreadsheets and databases are accurate and updated daily


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • High school diploma or GED required, advanced education a plus
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear and concise oral communication
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is highly preferred
  • World class customer experience attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and basic computer proficiency
  • Accurate typing and data entry
  • Must be detail oriented and dedicated to quality task completion
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, multi-tasking, data entry and decision making skills
