The Call Center Channel Optimization Executive is responsible for optimizing the sales and customer retention levels of our Mobile Services Protection Programs. This will be done through building relationships with various levels of client management and drive sales both Customer Care and Telesales channels. This incumbent will set the Handset Protection Program sales/retention goals in collaboration with client management and their Channel Optimization Manager. They will develop, monitor and circulate sales reports and marketing plans to ensure goals are met. Consult with client management to make and execute plans for achieving or exceeding sales goals. Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities
  • Communicate sales results and plans for marketing efforts to client and Assurant management.
  • Support Telesales Channel for both customer care and outbound sales group.
  • Deliver summary and activity reports at regular business reviews with client.
  • Serve as primary contact between Assurant and client, as it relates to sales for assigned territory.
  • Conduct competitive analysis regularly and prepare reports on the competitive environment.
  • Identify and assist in resolution of customer and client service quality process issues with the Assurant Solutions Account Executive to ensure a positive root cause resolution.
  • Responsibility for effectively managing assigned expense budget, as well as, driving assigned sales & retention targets
Ability to travel between 60-70%. Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
  • 3 years supervisor experience in a wireless call center environment
Other Requirements
  • Experienced with engaging retail managers
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analyze sales results, create a plan for improving sales results, and executes the plan.
  • Experienced with presenting and public-speaking.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales and training techniques; client service; account development; multimedia presentation; graphics; and marketing standards.
Desired experience, skills and qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • Built long term business relationships
  • 3 years client management experience
  • Experienced with working in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines while multi-tasking.
