The Vice President Health Solutions will assure culture, value proposition and brand promise are carried out. Directing and managing health solutions development activities. This will include working with large commercial groups, and medical plans and medical plan administration (including FSA administration, HSA administration, HRA administration, etc.), dental plans and dental plan administration, care support solutions (a.k.a. utilization management, disease management, case management, health advocacy, etc.), stop loss insurance coverage, health and well-being solutions and work site health solutions (i.e. EAP, managed workers compensation solutions, work comp bill review, FMLA administration, etc.)

Perhaps you are currently a Benefits Manager who is responsible for the administration of employee benefits in your company.  You provide special guidance and assistance on various employee benefit plans. As a “buyer” of employee benefits and holding a critical role in your organization’s successful health solutions program you could be someone we want to speak with.  Ever feel as though you want to do more to positively impact people’s lives?  We want to speak with you.
