We are assisting their Agriculture and Equine division on their search for a Director of National Agribusiness Sales.  In this position you will be responsible for the expansion of the Agriculture (AG) sales team into new territories, strengthening of existing markets, enhancing the sale of all products; and assisting sales representatives with sales calls. Qualities, experiences and skills we seek:

  • 10+ years of successful sales, sales management and business development in the commercial and/or personal lines property & casualty industries; experience with agricultural products a plus.
  • Agency management experience through multiple agency distribution source (aggregators, captives, wholesale and retail agents) required.
  • Proven track record of successful coaching and developing of high performing sales staff.
