Who We Are Looking For

This is a salaried, exempt position that requires high energy in a fast paced environment. Inbound Sales Supervisors must be able to coach and motivate their team while keeping performance in the forefront! Inbound Sales Supervisors manage teams of 10-15 sales agents providing a variety of commercial insurance products to small and medium sized businesses.

Successful candidates must be available between the hours of 8:30am and 9:00pm Monday - Friday. Schedules can and will change over time, so flexibility is important. We offer an outstanding base plus our Sales Supervisor Commission Program that will motivate you and your team to succeed.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Motivate, influence and inspire team members to maintain a high level of sales, integrity, and professionalism in achieving individual and organizational goals
  • Analyze individual and team data to ensure sales, productivity, service, and technical accuracy standards are met
  • Develop skills, improve performance, and encourage professional growth of team members through effective training, coaching, and feedback
  • Regularly review customer interactions to ensure best practice utilization
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations when necessary
  • Conduct regular team and individual meetings with a focus on communication, performance, motivation, compliance and education
  • Provide daily updates to the team regarding sales performance, opportunities, and new programs
  • Perform administrative duties as necessary, including timecard processing, absences and paid time off
  • Attract and retain talent through effective recruiting and recognition programs
  • Ensure that each team member has defined goals and development plans based on their skill and preformance needs
  • Provide each team member a monthly review of successes, opportunities, results, and goals for the upcoming month
Qualifications

What You Must Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership
  • Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty licenses
  • Extraordinary leadership, coaching, and development skills
  • Strong judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Proven planning, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Genuineness and integrity
  • Fun, positive attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
