Built upon a solid foundation of construction and retail insurance distribution expertise but also serving all “Main Street USA” businesses, their product suite, employee friendly culture and development of technologies to maximize business efficiencies for their brokers are drivers of their success and growth.

This Managing General Agency has multiple moving parts and recognizes they need to build the proper infrastructure to allow them to continue onward in the direction they have been heading.  They are looking for an Operations Leader to oversee their multiple retail agencies. This person will run retail operations and strategy.

This person will have these core functions & responsibilities:

  • Lead the retention program.
  • Lead cross sell program.
  • Oversee service.
  • Unify strategy across retail arm.

General overall responsibilities will have oversight and direct impact on areas to include:  Retail Agency Operations, Marketing, (Digital marketing), Sales, and Client Services.

The person they seek will ideally have a mix of: Commercial Insurance Retail Brokerage, MGA and corporate (carrier) experience. Seeking someone who has experience with designing and implementing Best Practices processes & procedures. Has proven success in operational oversight including areas of marketing, sales and service.  Must be technically proficient at digital marketing.
