Job Summary
The goal of the Financial Management Leadership Development Program is to attract and develop individuals who are highly skilled in finance and/or accounting and who are motivated to become future leaders of the organization. Under general supervision, FMLDP Participants will rotate through three, one-year assignments. These assignments may be within Business Units or Corporate departments. Throughout the program, participants will develop their leadership and consultative skills while gaining a thorough understanding of functions within Accounting & Finance. There is a required academic curriculum, mentoring and numerous networking opportunities with leaders across the company within the program. This job does not manage staff.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
FMLDP Participant duties will vary based on their specific rotation, but can include many of the responsibilities outlined below: Financial Modeling Cost/Benefit Analysis Financial Reporting Financial Planning & Analysis Management Information & Analysis Financial Controls Budget & Reforecasts Expense Management Preparation of Board Materials Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Risk and Insurance or other related major(s) required. Successful completion of at least 2 accounting courses required.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Preferred minimum GPA: 3.2. Prior Finance or Accounting related work experience (internship or other) preferred. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong analytical and communication skills preferred. Initiative and active contributor with extracurricular activities preferred.
