Summary/Objective

  • Sales support for commercial lines producers
  • Complete applications, endorsements, finance agreements, and coverage summaries
  • Issue binders, certificates, policies and endorsements
  • Prepare renewal offers based on input from producers
  • Process renewals along by sending out to our markets
  • Verify policy and coverage info for clients
  • Process cancellation requests
  • Identify and mitigate exposure to loss for clients
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing
  • Marketing new business  

Essential Functions

  • The essential functions of the Commercial Lines Account Manager include: aiding Commercial Lines producers in their marketing responsibility as well as helping clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. This position deals heavily in underwriting and customer interaction which need to have the utmost service standards. Organization and time management are must have skills.

Required Education and Experience

  • Independent agency experience.
  • 4-40 license

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 2-20 license
  • AMS 360
  • Bachelor’s degree.
