Job Description


Assists teams in processing daily case loads. Interacts with a positive customer service demeanor with peer reviewers and clients in order to facilitate the review process.


  • Coordinate and facilitate telephonic grievance panel calls
  • QC of client case reports
  • Place outgoing calls to reviewers and clients regarding case issues
  • Triage incoming calls and emails from clients and reviewers
  • Provide clients with courteous, timely responses to all inquiries/status checks
  • Monitoring team due lists for reviewers with past due cases
  • Contact reviewers regarding late case reports to help facilitate case completion
  • Contact clients with assistance from the team regarding late case reports
  • Coverage for other division CSR and Logistics positions as assigned
  • Assist with recommended changes based on performance reports
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

High School diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferred

1 year related industry experience (health care or insurance) OR one year customer service experience or equivalent experience required

Medical terminology strongly preferred
