Quality Control Assistant 

National Safety and Risk provides loss control surveys for the commercial insurance industry.  We are currently looking for a Quality Control Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Quality Control Administrative Assistant include providing support directly to our Quality Control Manger regarding daily office needs within the department.  The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, Word, and other Office Suite programs.  Candidates will work closely alongside the Quality Control Manager to learn all aspects of this position and industry. Typical task will be following up with QC staff, monitoring staff performance, researching, making phone calls to verify information, pulling reports, organizing specific needs of the staff and reporting back the Quality Control Manager.  Ideal candidate must have extraordinary attention to detail and a keen meticulous eye due to the nature of this department.  Position requires excellent reading comprehension, cross checking, and research skills.  Experience in insurance, quality control, or construction is a plus. 

Requirements

•Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or office admin assistant

•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

•Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel Word, in particular)

•Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
