Manage all employment brand initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. Drive brand awareness in order to increase attraction across all talent profiles. This role does not manage others.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct brand research to gain insight into the talent market and use insights gathered to create engaging employment branding messaging, both internally and externally. Ensure career site provides a best-in-class experience that is aligned to the Employment Value Proposition, including design, content, organic copy, and consistent messaging, in addition to user experience (UX) updates and appropriate search engine optimization (SEO) usage. Responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site visits, bounce rate, content engagement, and visit-to-applicant conversion rate. Generate messaging content that resonates across multiple audiences and communication vehicles, including current and future employees, social/traditional media, job boards and diverse channels. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for development of recruitment specific copywriting for Talent Acquisition and partner with Internal Communications on communication roll-out strategies. Partner with Talent Acquisition Administration team to define, develop and provide on-going metrics and ROI measures for recruitment marketing strategies including recruitment branding, web analytics, digital and social media platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of channels and social paid campaigns. Contribute to the organization and creation of platform content, optimization, reporting/analytics, content development and updates to assigned social media channels. Partner with Creative Marketing to create promotional collateral. Special projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
5 years of related marketing experience including digital and social experience, recruitment marketing preferred. Employment brand experience a plus. Demonstrated track record of building and executing employer or consumer brand. Clear understanding of the use of branding guidelines.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong project management skills with an ability to multitask and arrange competing priorities. Aptitude for measuring metric based outcomes of marketing efforts including segmented talent groups. Ability to translate a complex organization into a compelling and accurate employer story.
Continuously operate standard office equipment. Extended periods of sitting. Continuous use of keyboards, sporadic 10-key.
