Job Description: Rating Technician Trainee:
Acadia is looking for a Rating Technician Trainee to learn all aspects of commercial lines insurance and rating. In this role, you will quote and issue all lines of new business, renewals, and endorsements as reqested; adhere to written authority level, communicate with agents to request missing information, provide high level of customer service, and maintain workflow with in Acadia standards.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible, have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a team environment. Excellent customer service, analytical and organizational skills, and mathematical aptitude are key in this position. Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications and analytical ability are required. A bachelor's degree or insurance industry work preferred.
