Responsibilities will focus on efficient claim department operations through the prompt and accurate delivery of mail, faxes, electronic and other material to department associates. Will also assist with outbound material and provide support with photocopying, scanning, filing, and all other duties as assigned.
- Seeking an energetic, organized individual with a secondary school education and two years of experience in the insurance field, or appropriate transferable concurrent experience in a related field.
- Exceptional customer service delivery and strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Must be proficient in the operation of a PC, related software, and standard office equipment and maintain composure in difficult and diverse situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information a must.
- Completion of formal courses of study required.
