CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Business Analyst position. The Business Analyst works with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to support and ensure the successful completion of configuration specification, business requirements, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software products features.Responsibilities

Patience and a genuine desire to work with people are key success factors. A Business Analyst qualified candidate is expected to be highly proficient with the following soft skills:
Interviewing and Questioning
Presentation & demonstration
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in computer science, software development, information systems, mathematics or related field. Graduate level study in the previously stated areas is a plus.
Five plus years of experience as a business analyst in the development of complex software systems (required).
Knowledge of P&C Insurance is a plus
Solid experience in writing SQL queries, understanding web services, UX, and UI Design.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Knowledge and experience in generating process documentation and process improvement
Strong written and verbal communications skills including technical writing skills.
