Job Purpose: Responsible for tracking controls to ensure that purchases, assets and financial related procedures are properly tracked and invoiced; contract and licensing management, monthly budget reconciliation; responsible for ad-hoc IT system tasks that fall outside of specific development, network, telecom or system functionality.

Results Expected and Duties Performed
Prepare, reconcile, and ensure that invoices have been paid properly. Own and manage all current and future contracts and licenses for software and hardware; communicate terms and options to department head. Assist in negotiations of contract terms. Assist department head with annual budget creation and monthly actual versus budget reconciliation working closely with Financial Accounting
Performs miscellaneous ad-hoc IT tasks by assisting department head with process management, work with various IT business partners to update and maintain various audit documentation
Maintains workflow by performing IT administrative tasks, such as ordering department supplies and updating IT Organizational Chart. Occasional System Access auditing as requested by management.

Education: Some College or Associates required, equivalent work experience; Bachelors degree is preferred.
Experience: must have a strong understanding of basic IT concepts, audit processing and invoices; prior experience in an administrative capacity within a technology environment is preferred.
Skills and Abilities: strong written and oral communication skills; must have strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently without close supervision; strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; must be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
