Sr. Claims Director - Workers Compensation

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Length of Assignment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $120,000+ Annually, Depending on Experience

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Sr. Claims Director for their Greater Los Angeles claims office. This position is considered "Direct Hire" and they are looking for a Claims Director with at least 4 years of experience. They offer excellent benefits, competitive compensation and great work environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in Workers' Compensation and/or Reinsurance claims
  • Experience with carrier or carrier oversight
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Quality Control, Auditing and DWC Compliance
  • Experience managing and overseeing high exposure and litigated claims
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Possess Designations ie. SIP, ARM, CPCU, etc...
