is seeking Life Insurance Sales Agents!
As a Life InsuranceSales Agent
you will be based in the AAA Allentown Branch Office. You will provide life insurance coverage to Club members and insureds in a high volume, low-pressure, one-stop shopping sales environment. You will source and identify prospective customers through direct response, customer calls and other marketing tools. Club memberships and life insurance products are sold in support of Club growth, profitability, and service/quality objectives. Determines products that best satisfy the member's needs and reviews choices with them. Completes necessary forms, and collects required premiums. Establishes strong working relationships with Telephone Counselors, Sales Agents and Sales Managers within the district. Provides life sales support and training on lead development and identification to them and other employees who come in contact with our members and insureds; both in person and by phone. We're looking for motivated, self-starters, who can work independently in order to build and service a book of business. Someone highly competitive and persistent is desired. - Previous life sales experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word & Excel
- Advanced interpersonal skills required
- Valid Driver's license and good driving record
- Successful completion of employment references and background check
- Life Insurance license required
