The person in this position provides administrative support to Facilities Project Managers and staff working from the field.

Responsibilities include:

*         Receive and process invoices for supervisor approval.

*         Track invoices and purchase orders to assure timely processing.

*         Assist staff in processing bids and contract approvals.

*         Manage weekly reports with project management staff.

*         Maintaining project closing files as well as other clerical support as assigned by management.


*         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external clients.

*         Able to multi-task, work with a team and independently with direction.

*         Familiar with MS Office products.

*         Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings.
