We are currently looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and customer service functions to support the day-to-day Marketing/Agency administration tasks. Ensure maximum results for the multiple clients by performing the following duties.

Primary job responsibilities include:

Capable multi-tasker handling high volume of electronic files ensuring accurate and efficient data entry. Work with various computer applications and Internet sites while meeting compliance and deadlines.
Handles customer service calls in an expeditious manner from insureds and agents for multiple insurance carriers. Demonstrating exceptional customer service by responding to their questions and concerns effectively.
Provides excellent service and administrative support to various agency forces for our multiple partners while maintaining good agency relations.
Manages agency files including new appointments, information/license changes, E&O updates, appointment terminations and other agency admin functions.

Other candidate qualifications and skills include:

High School diploma or equivalent. Must have one (1) year of previous customer service experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous insurance industry experience preferred.
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to achieve 80% or higher on a spelling and grammar assessment.
Strong customer service, problem solving and resolution skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write and effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers managers, and the general public.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
