Systems Support Specialist needed to assist growing carrier with testing new policy administration system. Qualified candidates will come from a QA or personal lines underwriting background.
- Creating testing plans and setting up scenarios that specify input and expected outcomes. Providing notes as to exact testing methods in order to duplicate defects and identify bugs.
- Technical support and training for users to determine if an problem is a bug or a training issue.
- Insurance industry experience is desired.
- Knowledge about PCs and the ability to troubleshoot software or installation issues would be a big plus but not absolutely required.
